Shipping FAQ

When will my order ship? In stock items ship within 1 to 3 business days, Monday to Friday. Made to order items take approximately 3 weeks to make. Personalised items add 2 to 5 business days.

Which courier do you use? We use Royal Mail for most UK and international orders under 2 kg. Larger or bulkier parcels may be sent by a different courier, depending on weight and size.

Is UK delivery free? Yes, standard UK delivery is free and sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48. Delivery upgrades are available at checkout.

Do you offer express delivery? Yes. Express orders are shipped by Royal Mail or FedEx where available and can be selected during checkout.

Will I get tracking details? Yes, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.

Do you ship internationally? Yes. International shipping is calculated at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

What happens if my order includes both in stock and made to order items? We normally ship everything together when all items are ready. If you would prefer your in stock items sent sooner, contact us at sales@bunnystreet.com.

My parcel has not arrived. If your tracking has not updated for 7 business days on a UK order, or 21 business days on an international order, email us with your order number and we will investigate with the courier.
