Shipping Costs
We offer a flat £2.95 rate for UK Mainland delivery, me deliver most items within 3-5 working days.
To check the shipping cost for international orders, please email us at sales@bunnystreet.com.
Christmas Delivery
If you wish to receive your order by Christmas, please place your order on the 21st of December (midday) the latest. Ho-ho-ho!
Returns and Exchanges
We will provide you with a full refund (excluding the shipping cost) if we receive the return within 14 days since the order was delivered to you. You can exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.
Amending the Order
If you changed your mind regarding any part of your order while we haven’t shipped it yet – please send us a message to support@bunnystreet.com, we’ll be happy to help! However we are unable to amend your order once it was shipped.
Origin of Fabrics
We work with top quality fabrics, most of the fabrics originate from the UK and Italy.
